ORDERING

What payment options are available? 

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.  The Gem Garden accepts most major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AMX. The Gem Garden also accepts PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

  • Please contact us by phone at 716-880-4957 as soon as possible. Once your order has been submitted we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellation, but will do our best to accommodate your request.  Personalized, special orders, and large quantities already in production cannot be changed or cancelled.

When will my credit card be charged? 

  • Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.  

Do you offer Gift Packaging?

  • Yes, gift packaging is available at an additional charge.

SHIPPING

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

  • Please contact us by phone at 716-880-4957 as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.  Once your order has    been submitted we cannot guarantee any changes, but will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will my order be shipped? 

  • Most in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excludes holidays and weekends).  In stock items to be personalized will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Items not in inventory, special orders or large quantities require additional time to process and can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
